Will you actually show up?
Yes. You get a scheduled installation day when you book, and we confirm with you before we come.
Will it look professional?
Every display is designed for your house first, then installed by our crew with commercial-grade lights — straight lines, even spacing, no tangles.
What happens if something stops working?
Maintenance through the season is part of the service. Call us and we’ll come back and fix it.
Will you take everything down on time?
Yes. Removal after the holidays is scheduled as part of your service — the lights don’t stay up until spring.
Do I have to store the lights?
No. We store everything until next season.
Will my home and roof be treated carefully?
Yes. We treat your house the way we’d want ours treated — ask us anything about how we install before we start.
Will I know what I’m paying before work begins?
Yes. You get one clear price for the whole season before anything goes up.
