A lit entrance is the first thing residents and visitors see all season. We design, install, maintain, take down and store lighting for:
- Neighborhood entrances and monument signs
- Common areas and amenity centers
- Streets where several neighbors want matching lights

We work for residential neighborhoods and their HOAs. We don’t light commercial buildings, shopping centers or offices.

Residents can book their own homes too — each gets its own quote.

Do you light commercial buildings?
No. We work on homes and residential HOA neighborhoods only — including neighborhood entrances and common areas — but not commercial buildings.
What if some of the lights go out?
Maintenance through the season is part of the service. Call us and we’ll fix it.
When do the lights come down?
After the holidays. We take everything down and store it for next year — takedown and storage are part of every installation.
